  • Do I need to make an appointment?

    While walk-ins are welcome when available, we highly recommend booking an appointment to secure your spot and ensure we have the time and room ready for your session. You can easily book online through our website or call/text us for assistance.

  • How should I prepare for my session?

    Arrive a few minutes early, stay hydrated, and avoid heavy meals or alcohol before your session. Depending on your treatment, wear or bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

  • Can I combine different services in one visit?

    Absolutely. Many of our clients pair treatments — like contrast therapy with myofascial release or red light before Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy — for optimal results. We can help you build the perfect recovery stack for your goals.

  • Is Biohack just for athletes?

    Not at all. While we do work with athletes and performers, our services are for anyone looking to feel, move, and live better — from busy professionals to weekend warriors.

  • Do you have showers?

    At this time, we do not have showers on-site. Most of our services are designed to help you recover, relax, and re-energize without the need to rinse afterward. We do provide fresh towels and wipes for your convenience.

  • Where can I park?

    There is metered parking available directly in front of Biohack Cryo & Wellness, as well as side street parking nearby (most areas have 1–2 hour limits and occasional street cleaning). For longer visits, free parking is available within a short walking distance.
